Seriously, I'd be willing to fork over $100k for the basic shell of a 300,000 sq. ft. house. I'm talking just the concrete not - windows - flooring - electrical wiring - dry wall - appliances Just the concrete shell. Seems like he could do that for the price and make money. So where can I buy this?

Absolutely, best place to wait out a zombie apocalypse. OK, I really meant 3,000 sq. ft. Typed it up too quickly. The video mentions building houses of 2,500 sq. ft.
