You see tts, this is YOUR data for you. The article leads you to believe that it is competent Business owners, and Job Creators, that is taken back by swearers. When in reality it's these Liberal Arts graduates that end up in Human Resources, reckoning them selves as the voice of Collective Business.
I've never met a Business owner yet, that didn't appreciate a good office door kicking, with me bursting through it calling him out on the bullshit about that no good son of a bitch he's making me baby sit.
HR people on the other hand, you've got to fill out form z24.01 and submit it by no later than noon Friday, if you want to tell them "This is some damn Bull Shit!"

HA Ha!! I've gotta agree with Captain Shuddup here, but with a caveat: We're getting obsolete, Cap'n.
In the Old Navy days (and I don't mean those pansy-ass fuckin' clothing stores), a good profane rant would get you promoted (direct quote: "You'll make a good Chief someday." with the appropriate response: "Don't fuckin' insult me."), but just as people evolved to create cities, we need to evolve to get along a little better (in moderation, of course), especially due to the increasing populations.
Competition (swearing for the sake of it) needs to yield to some cooperation (being decent to each other even when we don't want to).
In the meantime, we've still got to encourage people to say, "What the fuck is wrong with you?"
It's all we have left: looking for what's really wrong so it can be fixed. Sometimes, the illusion of everything going right hides how badly you're going to get fucked by a System of systems that tells you not to swear.
That's called "suppressing dissent", and it never ends well.
