The cops involved should get a minimum of 10 years in prison under felony corruption, false arrest, false imprisonment, perjury, obstruction of justice, and conspiracy to commit felonies.

This is a horrific case of someone asking them selves...

"hmmm What does this button do?"

I guess she found out didn't she? Oh well sucks to be her.
LOE do not tolerate interfering with their operations, so much so, they make up, and bend the law to suit their enforcement of their perception of "interfering with a police investigation" so suit their needs.

NOW, if we want to have an intelligent conversation about how can we reign back in the Cops mentality these days, with open season on peoples rights. Which have been trounced on time and time again, every since Regan started his "War on Drugs" and kicked into to hyper gear with Bush Jr. and his Patriot act. Cops are damn near the Judge, Jury and the executioner. If you want to address that, then I'm all ears.

BUT, if you want to create a one of Sympathetic "Us against Them" flavor of the month, and she or the issue really doesn't matter. Then I say...

"Good for her, she got what she got"

She should have been paying attention to the gestapo fascist dictatorship state we've been increasingly becoming. And Yes even under Obama, if not especially.

    Ruki says

Her only mistake was not to place herself under her own constant, hidden video coverage in order to prove she never stepped into the street and that the cop did what she claimed him to be doing (like with her backback).

That and she should have been armed with an AK-47. Legally, of course. But then the cops wouldn't have hassled her.
