They should have foreseen 90% of the units would default and be bought by the same person who would then steal thier condo with fraudulently low appraisals via another company the same individual also controlled. Its so basic, how could they NOT see that one coming? BUT the only people who got screwed are the ones who paid cash for thier condo - the ones who got in with zero down are A-OK!! (another lesson in 'only idiots dont buy with zero down')
