I think the majority of sheep can't eat the truth about the housing market being extremely over-priced and the bubble being nowhere near over...

Because accepting the truth means realizing how utterly screwed they are.

Realtors are screwed. Mortgage brokers are screwed. Homeowners on a mortgage and/or relying on a house as savings are screwed.

I'm under contract yet... I still want the prices to collapse to 90-95% and I firmly believe it is possible for prices to collapse that much.

I'm a scum like robber barons. Even though they own a stock... They sometimes dump the prices on their own stock but before doing so...

They sell it and then buy it back again at it's low rates so they can buy the rest of the stock held by other shareholders.

Same mentality I have.

I interestingly find that buyers are receptive to the idea that housing prices are inflated and that a crash is eventually immanent.

But sellers are so much offended, in denial and hold the opposite predicament of the current housing prices than what buyers hold about it. They even parade around about how now is the best time to buy ever in history...

hahaha dumb peasants... I want to mass murder these worthless cockroaches because of their offensive ignorance.

That's the same bullshit they said in 2005. "Now is the best time to buy..."

It's ALWAYS the best time to buy... It's never the best time NOT to buy.

Buyers are more willing to believe that prices are still too high only because they are buyers. Although they are correct that prices are too high, they don't know the hard solid facts about why.

They simply are believing it due to a bias instead of the objective pondering of facts.

Sellers' bias however is 1,000 times worse. (Majority of them along with the realtards and the fucktard mortgage brokers.)

The level of denial is excessive. These people will die before the housing market fully collapses. I know people STILL putting money into the home even though they lost almost half the value. I'm talking unnecessary work to make it fancier not work like replacing the boiler, roof, plumbing or some required maintenance type work.

I seriously believe if the housing market is to fully crash... Cannibalism, rioting, looting, rape, murder, prostitution and a violent shit storm will ensue...

Suicide rates will increase ten fold; especially among Realtards, Fucktard Brokers, Yuppie Pussies and Homeowners whose only self-esteem is how big their home is.

Chaos all over society.

I want to see some blood and dead bodies. I want complete destruction... I want World War 3. I want the US to attack Iran to instigate it.

Just because I'm in contract doesn't mean I'm done with destroying the housing market and ripping these peasants a new hole... fucking cockroaches... I'm not done with you slaves... You will be murdered before you fuck and mate to reproduce. You fucking subhuman pieces of shit.

If you guys bought... Would you start disagreeing with housing bears because you now have a bias? Hence, they only reason you believed housing prices was still overpriced was because you had a bias as a buyer?

How do you guys know that you are being truly objective and not being bias to any side?
