    Certainly didnt apply to San Francisco vs say San Jose
    ... over the past 30 years. While SF was ( is ) bigger than SJ, SJ did far better and was certainly much richer say in the 1970s to 2000. SF has done a horrible job of attracting and growing business. They are still too busy fighting race wars.
