A beautiful custom home with gorgeous views overlooking the valley. It sits on the ridge above stony point rd at the top of a 5 acre sloping lot. No road noise. Excellent floor plan, beautiful materials and good workmanship. A fine home and I don't see many. It's a nice piece of land and the home is properly placed and oriented on it. Kitchen,bathrooms,bedrooms, closet space, all very good. No landscaping except immediately around the home and it needs more for both increased privacy and beauty. The land looks usable for horses or for agricultural purposes. I'd want the usual inspections (Well, septic,pest and complete home inspections) and the quality and flow of the well would be an important consideration. One flag, a minor crack in the slab as you enter, I'd want a soils engineer to take a look. It might be minor but it needs checking out. The price is a bit high, I'd offer $995k and think it would have a good chance of being accepted.
