RealtyTrac vs ForeclosureRadar?

I want to get an accurate picture of foreclosure properties in areas I am looking to buy.

I just signed up for RealtyTrac, just to explore.
But the website is so damn slow and crashes browsers on Mac.

So I am thinking of trying out foreclosure radar.

Any one here can give feedback on either side?
- how accurate is their data ..etc

thanks in advance

ptiemann - thanks for being a long time customer!

permanent-marker - ptiemann is right, perfect accuracy is really hard with public records. That said I believe we do a better job of it than most providers. We have a "rules engine" with over 120 steps to check each record we add to our system, and we have staff to manually fix exceptions. Plus if you find an error we'll correct it - just let us know.

The other REALLY, REALLY, big difference is that we track what happens at the courthouse steps - postponement, cancellations, and sales - we're the only service that does that for all of CA (plus AZ, NV, OR, WA). We also have specifically built our service for professionals, not consumers, so we have a lot of tools and search capabilities you won't find at the consumer sites.

    I hope you'll give us a try.
