  All it will do is give Sacramento more money to squander.

  I'm all for the commercial side of prop 13 to be reformed, but I can't stand behind increased taxes on citizens when our state legislature is such a complete, corrupted mess.

  I am an eventual house buyer and I don't believe Prop 13 will affect prices.

  But, to speak candidly, I really bugs me that a long-time owner pays just a fraction of prop taxes in comparison to new buyers.

  It is a tax on the young and a subsidy for the old.
